PPA Foundations *Online* (14th October)

This course, led by our PPA and BESS experts, covers essentials and practical examples gained from our experience of over 45+ GW in PPA and BESS transactions including 3.9+ GW of BESS offtake experience.
By attending this course you will gain key insights into:
- Who the key renewable buyers and sellers are in the market and key PPA trends we are seeing,
- PPA structures, how they differ and the benefits and risks of each,
- Key commercial energy risks (price, volume, imbalance, credit). You will learn their definitions and see their impact, with case examples.

How is this course delivered?
The academy will be streamed online via Zoom. Our team of experts have designed different exercises and case works to make the 4-hour course dynamic and immersive.
Pexapark offers comprehensive resources including a PDF slide deck and templates used during sessions. Prior to the academy, we’ll provide a questionnaire to understand your expectations and any specific topics you’d like to discuss. This allows us to tailor the content to the attendees’ needs.
Following the academy, you’ll receive a certificate of completion, endorsing your foundations knowledge in PPAs.

Is this workshop a good fit for you?
Our PPA foundations academy is designed for the following roles: manager, analyst, associate, and anyone who is new to the post-subsidy renewable world and interested in understanding Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
We may not be able to accommodate everyone who has registered. In an event of oversubscription, we will inform you and your registration will be fully refunded.

How can I pay for this academy?
Registration is confirmed after online payment has been made via credit card. If you would like to register via bank transfer, please note that there is a 10% surcharge to all invoice payment, contact academy@pexapark.com for more information.
Please note that according to Swiss VAT legislation, for a Webinar or an interactive education the place of execution is decisive and therefore Swiss VAT is due. The service has been provided online and thus Swiss VAT of 8.1% applies, irrespective of the country in which it is delivered.
This PPA Academy: Foundations will take place online on the 15th October, 1 – 5 p.m. CET.
The course will be recorded for internal training purposes. For privacy reasons we do not share the recording with the attendees.
We offer a flexible registration policy. Should you be unable to attend the course, you may either transfer your registration to another member of your team or select an alternative date from the calendar, provided that we are informed at least two weeks in advance.
