    We help our customers succeed. We challenge customers for their best solution. We build long-term customer value rather than maximizing our profit in the short- term. We create a relationship of trust with our customers: we communicate proactively, and are open, honest, and accountable.

    Everyone at Pexapark is responsible for success. “If it is to be, it is up to me.” We hold each other accountable for commitments. We say what we do, and we do what we say. We focus our energy on things we can influence.

  • 05. SYSTEMATIC AND DATA-DRIVEN

    We follow systematic and reproducible approaches and measure outcomes to learn what worked and what didn’t. We evaluate our decisions for biases and overcome them through data and reflected processes.

    We admit when we’re wrong and don’t blame each other. We make our own goals and motivations transparent. We keep asking until we really understand. We actively provide and ask for feedback and continuously improve ourselves. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. And we like to have fun.
